2 fully automated Coiline machines for the fast and efficient production of straight ductwork, with the capacity to hold up to 40 tonnes of steel coil together with 2 ancillary RAS longitudinal duct seamers to give an instantaneous air tight seal.
3 plasma cutting machines with speeds up to 25 metres per minute for fast and accurate pattern development.
Our fully automated machines utilise direct downloading of drawings from our CAD office thereby accelerating production times.
We also manufacture fully compliant fire rated ductwork systems.
All work is undertaken by our highly skilled time served sheet metal workers. We operate an on-going apprentice scheme to ensure sufficiency of labour.
